Could I get baned under my circumstances?

Hey Guys.

Since about 3 Days im using DB with Trinity on my main and only account.
Before botting I had 4 Characters, 2 of them lvl 60, one of thoes two on paragon lvl 22. and collected so far about 22kk Gold.

Im runing my bot during work, starting in the morning at about 8:00 until 22:00, then taking over and doing some Ubbers runs.
For the night I let him rest. I also make him stop and stand around during lunch brake for about 30 min to 1h. :)

I started Boting because I would like to get on with my characters but dont have the time to do so, due to work and sports in RL :).
It wouldnt make me horribly sad if I got baned, still I would like to know how certain a ban could be on account.

Always and I mean always expect a ban when you start botting. Never bot on something you dont want to loose.
 
lol ok, but has it got any influence on the ban, the way I do it?

because i believe bot itself is detected

and i still don't get the reason why they don't cloak the bot

Do you have an idea how this would be possible? Cloaking bots? or how do they find the bot...
I'm thinking of helping out here, maybe to find a way of improving the bot. thx
 
Dude, once you press that start button you are marked as a botter. Why bot less 24/7 if you will be banned anyways? Even a kindergarten child will know the answer.
 
lol this guy bots to make his char stronger :)
use another mule/main account . if your main is your botting account that's stupid
 
agreed , once you start DB it's only a matter of time .
reading through everything here , no one know for certain what they watch for etc .
all the tinfoil hatters all have there own idea's ,
I personally thought the same thing as you when I started ,botted while I was at work 1 per computer (only ran two bots) .
I had everything set up for breaks , and lunch etc it slept when I slept . every few days shut down for a day as well.(all till I got banned )
long story short doesn't matter what you do they will ban you. might as well make as much as you can

I think that it's better to wait a moment because right now , botting is kindly .. impossible without being banned in some days .. Wait for the bot being more stealth :)
 
Given a long enough time frame, every one will be banned.

Here's an example:

Let's assume that the chance of nuclear war breaking out each year is 1 %.
How many years would we expect to live without any nuclear war, given these circumstances and percentages? - After 3 years the chance of a nuclear war breaking out at that given time will be 1.01^3 = 1.0303 - which equals, that there is a 3,03 % chance of nuclear war breaking out after the 3rd year.... After 50 years it's 1.01^50 = 1.6446 = 64.46 % chance of nuclear war after that year.


My point is that you could be unlucky and get banned right now, or you could be very lucky and get banned in 4 months.


There is no completely safe way to bot - you'll be taking a risk, regardless of how you bot, or how often you bot.
Be wary of ppl on your friendlist reporting you, or people you have been in public games with (recently played with-list). If you don't respond they might think that something's up...


Invest 30 minutes into reading forum-posts - you'll learn alot from that. Questions like your have been answered many times over - I'm sure you will be able to find some valuable information.

so what if he stopped botting?
he might be "flagged" already for all we know, and that's the point.

lately ppl have been banned with only a few hours botted.
