Converting Quest Profiles to 100% Class Quests Only

Anyway to reduce the mobs pulled between quest nodes? Using default combat.

Yes - I believe changing pulldistance to 0 should do it.

It should be in one of the routine files, but I have yet to find it.

Look in your "settings" folder and change "buddywingsettings.xml" accordingly. BUT I can honestly tell you that it makes absolutely no difference changing it to 0 or 1. That is why Cryo added this feature to the wish list to be hopefully implemented sometime. Unless of course there is another place to change this, because some folk have said it helped that the bot won't target, but then again - people also told me they have no issues with Win10 and even though I can see that the bot will work fine for grinding/credit farming with win 10, I have to disagree with Win10 working well for questing purposes due to the memory management changes implemented in Win 10.
LOL goes to show...what is good for the goose does not necessarily mean it is good for the gander...er..something like that. ;)

lol - from past experience I always wait 6 months after official release before I upgrade WIN ...that way I often avoid alot of crying and sleepless nights ha ha ha
 
Pull range has to be set with the bot off or it will overwrite. Also if your using joes you need to set it there and in the merchelpers.cs file.

Don't laugh at my misfortune!! <sulk> :)
I think I am giving up on BW now, because it really is unusable with Win10 as is. Will be fine for lazyrider and PVP but definitely not for questing with all those speeder and elevator crashes. Hah unless I downgrade back to Win 8, but that will be a major pain in the ass. So, do not give in and upgrade to Win 10 is all I am saying! :)

He He - If you have some spare space on a drive or better yet an extra drive you could just dualboot WIN10 and WIN8?
 
Dual boot for incompatability... Hell no.
Win 10 is just out and I love it. Big nono for going back to 8.1
 
I have no issues with win 10 and SWTOR. :)
Haven't touched BW much last weeks (too hot, children have holiday, I just got holiday)
Need some private nrg boost before the holiday is over :)

Guess what - after many many MANY hours of tweaking and googling I think I have BW back on track - YAY!! :) No more speeder crashes and my profiles runs well again - PHEW. To get back on topic...er...what was the topic again?

Oh, I remember - it was about Cryogenesis and you finishing all the class quests for us...er..

Yes enjoy your holidays with the family ... this aint going nowhere! he he - My 3 weeks of holidays are now over, and I'm back to work, but luckily its very quiet, so I can log on at home and dump some quests and stuff :-)

Great - maybe I'll give win10 a try a bit sooner then he he ....Oh well back to dumping quests! :-P

I would if I thought it would help anyone.
Alas, we can change whatever we want client side, and the next day something else was implemented server side without any explanation to us plebs and back to square one again. So, basically without brute forcing changes in server side scripts we are f***ed.

Just typed a whole essay that then promptly disappeared in a black hole somewhere - so now all I am going to say is what I already said elsewhere. :) The BIGGEST and most important thing to do is to re-install Directx9, and not the web based installer because that will simply tell you that you already have the latest DirectX installed. You have to search for the June2010 redist. executable.
 
Now that you mention it, on win 10, on first swtor boot it installed an old DirectX version, but couldn't see which one.
Gotta love it, that the game needs such old version and doesn't run on the newer ones.
 
swtor always checks and installs directx 9 if it's not detected. Games like everquest2 didn't and needed the dll's installed.
