Convert rare to reusable parts

So there is a vendor in adventure mode, act 1 - misery field that spawn on top right of the map sells white items, I bought a lot of white there to use in kanai's cube to convert from rare to reusable parts. However, seems like trinity doesn't recognize those kind of whites, it doesn't know how to convert, is there anyway we can fix this? thank you very much
edit: oh and i want to do this because this seems like the fastest to get white mats since no one update the templar's quest profile and the battlefield profile is just too slow

We're both after the same thing, I'm currently manually running Leoric's Manor, a room within their has 6 armor/weapon racks, fastest I've found.

Found the NPC Merchant, Guess I'll have to do it manually, or maybe auto it?
