Convalesce to Cimmerian

In an effort to update the Default DK CC, I will be releasing one more update for Convalesce and then I will be turning my attention back to Cimmerian for a little while.

Getting cimmerian updated will be easier as im using the convalesce core, plus DKs have no healbot mode so that saves trouble. By the end of the month there should be a major update.

Regarding Convalesce, the best CC on here IMO: At what % health does Divine Shield get used? Can it be set arbitrarily, and if so is it possible to have the option to hearth in conjunction?
