Convalesce 3.22 - Paladin CC by Mord

bit of a problem I have noticed with any buff that adds the forbearance debuff.

Prety much spams this untill forbearance wears off and he can cast devine shiled, he wont make use of any offensive abilities whilst doing this just auto attacking. The only fix i have for this is to only enable one ability that gives the forbarence debuff. Just letting you know about this issue.

Also PvP targeting is crazy, maybe something to do with HB2 and not your CC. but that's another issue.

Looks like it is getting stuck waiting for Art of War to be used up, I will try to reproduce.

I am as frustrated as you with the pvp issue. It comes down to targeting problems with HB frequently switching, clearing, and losing targets. It throws the entire CC off.

Yes HB is 100 percent at fault here. It wont focus on a single target.
 
On the PvP settings for exorcism he doesn't seem to like waiting for art of war, he also likes to open with exorcism when I have it set on open with judgement of light.. strange :). the grinding bot though is perfect, apart from the odd behaviour with forbearance, just enable everything that can cause forbearance and you will soon run into the issue, if your paladin is still low / bad enough to actually take damage.

If you are getting errors like this try putting all of the CC in a folder instead of extracting it to the root CustomClass folder.

CustomClass\Convalesce\Convalesce.cs not CustomClass\Convalesce.cs

Remove the rest of the .cs files from your CustomClass directory.

I can confirm that Exorcism is being used as an opener without prompt in PvP. Ill post a log next time I do a BG

I've been running this CC from 42-52 so far, its working fantastically well. My only suggestion, is there any way you could add something to allow us to switch to Seal of Command when we get adds? I tend to use Light/Wisdom to keep downtime to a minimum, but switching over to SoC with groups would work really well.

Is there any way to add the Hand of Freedom snare fix myself? Simply looks odd when he doesn't use it in pvp.

And I really like what Dabien suggested.

I think the snare / freedom problem has been noted by moordy.

One problem I have found is righteous fury is never activated when ticked in the options.
 
Mordd, great CC bro it dose everything a pvp. pve pally needs. The only problem i'm having is it keep over running mobs. IE. Ill be fighting the mob and it keep scooting closer and closer to the mob, until it finaly over runs it. It then runs out about 10 feet and turns around and comes back to the mob. I dont know if this is a CC problem or an HB problem.
 
Hey guy, great CC as I have mentioned before. I noticed that if I am mounted and run past a caster, it'll sit and wait at the next CTM spot it designated and could wait indefinitely while the caster hits at the paladin from range. The CC does not close the gap unless it intentionally targets the mob. It will damage the range if it runs to the char, but otherwise sits there and looks like a fool while getting hit.
 
Wow - Im still using it and loving it.

Curious when we'll be able to multi pull with it? i'd like to pull alot more than one at a time.
 
hey folks, im noting all the problems. The movement problems are currently in the hands of HB since its having a hard time.

The bugs and feature requests I have noted. I am 100 percent focused on the questing profile but when that is done ill be back on this. Soon

anyway, i heard you saying the AoW bug is fixed, my bot still spam every AoW on FoL eventhough hp is above x%. Me tested with both your 3.22/3.23 for all hb.192x... however, your old 3.21 works fine on my hb1.333. Let me know if you need the log from me showing the bug...

I tried turned on both AoW for FoL and Exor, the bot spam AoW on FoL...

I turned on AoW for FoL, leave it on for Exor, it stop the FoL spamming but my bot still casting Exor even without AoW status on my character(means it doesn't wait for AoW)... all this done with AoW turned on in Misc...

well, i'm not complaining, just bringing up whats work and whats not... cheers~
