Consistent Crashing (Can't Log in)

I have setup all my presets, and they stay after the app crashes.
But every time I push start bot , it crashes. I can never get to the login screen.

Make sure Net.framework 4.6 is installed too

There was no graphics card requirements on the website before I made my purchase, so just for the record : That's silly.
But I did install the framework and it resolved my issue.
