Same problem with me too
Issue first noticed this morning
Not even able to stop the bot whilst it is trying to connect. Forced to crash the application to close it

The same error

It worked for a moment, then it stopped again...

IT'S CHRISTMAS !
 
Yup you can often get around this by simply killing your online session, and relogging in, but instead of selecting best latency, you pick a specific server. This option is where you put your key in after killing the session. Sadly today all servers are having this problem.

I have the same problem since this morning. Can anybody help?

The Europe server is working.

ctrl + alt + delete = close your pf app, using task manager pokefarmer.exe32, end process
Reopen pokefarmer
You'll have to go to the buddy porthole to kill your existing session (copy and paste your license key while there)
reopen pokefarmer
put in your key, and where is says "best latency", switch to Europe server.

Off you go

According to your method to switch to the European server can already be used.
