connection to buddy server lost and program freezes

i purchased app and unable to get pokefarmer to work. bot freezes and keeps cycling to to try again in 30 secs and i have to task manger to close out program it locks up.
i have tryed to use 2 different laptops same issues.

Buddy servers should be working now. Are still having issues?
