Connection Hooked

So, I just bought this and are a newbie with this kind of stuff. However, When archeage has started and i've come to character creation it stands "connection hooked".

And? After this you login ingame and widget appear, and you can start use plugins.

Oh, As i said i im a newbie, i thought it was bad. Well however. When i have created my character and im in the game, How do i enable the plugin? Just click on them?
