Default trinity is able to handle it fine -- just make sure you check "Use Akarat's off CD" under Combat->Crusader options, as well as changing your Provoke and Condemn minimum target to 1. I'm able to run t6 no problem using this build with pretty shit gear.
I do however need to figure out how to get my character to skip trash more efficiently..
