Concede setting location?

i notice that when you have mmr concede on itll roll between 15,000--30,000 MS before itll concede. is there a way to change these perameters? like 3000-5000? or less ? cause you tech can concede right as its giving you your mulligan hand (like 3 seconds in even before you choose your mulligan)

this would save time and would look less like a bot.

And need option to concede after 20 rank 3 stars, this will save much time.
