I Suggest getting a Better power supply because when you skimp on a PSU its like Starving a cow that you want to produce milk, it just doesn't work lol.. if you know what i mean i would suggest a PSU like this.

Its an extra $30 bucks but its a good Brand and more watts Future Proofing the Machine.

Okay so few more questions, can i just use my current hard drive and just put in the new comp? Also what about an audio card? can i just use my current one?

Hard Drives are ok to reuse but i would suggest maybe looking into to get a new one or 2 and maybe doing RAID 0 down the road, it has a BIG effect on the loading times and overall performance of your computer.

Audio card. well most motherboards come with onboard 7.1, i didn't look to hard at the one that you pick but if you have an audio card, i'd say reuse it if you are happy with it now

Just wanted to inform everyone who helped out, i finally got it built and it runs prefectly! Exactly what i wanted, i can run full ultra settings with everything maxed out and stay around 30+ FPS in Org. Thanks for everyone help!!!

Another update, i was able to quad-box at all ultra/maxed out settings and never dropped below 60 fps on any of the Wow's <333333
