Complex quest items (Kill then activate object on corpse)

Is this type of quest supported?

If so, can someone give a sample of the objective and quest tags?

I am very new to making profiles, but am very familiar with XML in general... just looking for a kick in the right direction. Can't find anything on this in the docs.
