I Recently Contacted your Support because i had an issue with store purchases which i paid by Paysafecard. the issue is that i got order confirmation for BGFarmer but not for GSMage and ECB. The issue still persists i didn't got any of the ordered products by now and despite this fact joro changed the status of my ticket to resolved tonight. Nothing got resolved i have sent him my PSC codes like he asked so he could check under details on the PSC Website that the money was gone and the items i said i ordered really got ordered...But no he seems to ignore every evidence and changes my ticket to resolved despite the fact that nothing got resolved. I AM FURIOUS RIGHT NOW!!!!!
