Compiler error???

Compiler Error: error CS0009: Metadata file 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\assembly\GAC_MSIL\System.Configuration\v4.0_4.0.0.0__b03f5f7f11d50a3a\System.Configuration.dll' could not be opened -- 'File is corrupt.'



I get this message everytime I go to run DB. I've done a fresh install with no luck.

It "LOOKS" like your windows dependencies might be messed up.

Goto your control panel / programs and remove them.. C+ and Framework....
Use the install wizard under this post to reinstall them.
Goto windows update and update them to the latest version
Try to run

ok, that seemed to fix the error message but as soon as I go to load my profile DB completely locks up,

Run the latest stable version DB .exe installer.
