Compensated for the down time?

Do we get compensated for when the bot has been down? I tried one of my bots/keys and it has expired.

Please read the "3.0 Preparation Thread" (https://www.thebuddyforum.com/threads/3-0-preparation-thread.404309/) posted at the start of this week!

It's still a sticky, and goes over everything. Downtime is always fully compensated, but the specific details are not known until all the downtime is actually over.

Due to time zone differences, the first wave of downtime compensation will be given out soon, then we'll add additional as needed for any further game patches or serious bot issues.

I've put in the request with Support, and they will be able to take care of it soon when time permits!
