what do you mean lag? like framerate freezes?

yeah i guess so, its like a bunch of frames go missing

just wanted to know if thats normal or not, since its the test version. This never happened before mop.

some CC's like Singular use whats called Framelocks what that means is it locks wow from rendering so it can do a bunch of injects to get information on that frame instead of the 1 frame per inject as it normally would, so yea its normal, and shouldn't be anything to worry about.

go to windows task manager and set WoW process to a higher than normal priority

Ive been having this same problem, should i download a new CC? I tried the priority thing and it didnt help.

Are you using a virtual machine? Or do you just run on it on your computer?

I run the whole system on a VM and it lagged as well, just as you described. After I increased the processor number from 1 to 2 it fixed a lot of the frame freezes.

No i run on my comp, its now doing it when i cast any spell, ie a mage armor. Log to big to attach, now its crit erroring.
