Combat won't work on one character

Hey, I'm having a weird issue where my level 100 dk won't attack with any cr, but my level 90 dk will work just fine. I've tried with multiple crs but the only one that works is Tuanha's. You guys have directed me to the crs but they can't help me. I've tried every solution I can think of and I've looked at the archives using search/google for people with similar issues and none of the previous solutions provided that I could fine worked.

In the logs I'm going to start the bot with my level 90 dk attacking a training dummy showing that it works just fine. Then I'll try to attack the same dummy with my 100 dk and it will do nothing no matter how long I let it auto attack it.

I've let it sit for a long time attacking the training dummy/random mobs, formatted my hard drive and reinstalled os, I have no antivirus, turned off firewall/allowed it through, turned off windows defender/allowed it, tried dx9/11, deleted all addons, deleted both wow and hb cache, deleted hb appdata files, tried starting the bot on one dk and then going to problematic dk, power cycled router, and other things I can't think of atm.

This happens with any bot base. In quest bot, it will run up to the mob and do nothing.

Please help, I've been trying to fix this for a couple of days and it's making my head hurt. ;(

well its trying to move behind the training dummy. try disabling movement in singular if you want to move the character manually.

i don't care about moving the character, I just want it to attack. even with enyo/raid bot where it doesn't try to move it won't attack.

if you want to use enyo/raidbot you must disable movement under CR settings

I have movement disabled now, but it didn't make a difference. That setting does not matter on my other characters since it defaults to auto decide if movement should be activated.

I noticed something weird though. While I'm in combat, if I try to use a ground targeted ability such as death and decay manually, the bot will cancel the targeting immediately. Not sure if that means anything to you guys.

also, even if i use questing bot with movement activated it does nothing but walk up to the mob and sit there.

edit: I let it run for 40 minutes while auto attacking a dummy.

I'm not sure if the two problems are related. I run wow in windowed mode, have firewall turned off, and have windows defender turned off.
