How do I enable the combat tab? A combat program is not available to be configured as character abilities.

I would like to configure not to use monk's mantra ability all the time, for example.

Also I am not finding the tab to set up to break the items in the blacksmith and save the raw material instead of selling. Because currently the demonbuddy is set by default to break and sell the items.
