I purchased TunaHA Druid cr before it was moved to the buddystore and was supposed to receive a key to get the full version. The key I received was invalid. I've e-mailed him multiple times to only be told Honorbuddy staff must generate a new key. I haven't been updated on the process in 2 weeks so I'm taking it apon myself to contact someone who can actually help me since the e-mail I sent through the "buddy store issue" thread has remained unanswered.

The forum staff do not have access to the user account information, or the tools, to assist with problems like this.

TuanHA has enough gift keys to provide all his existing user base with versions from the Buddy Store. You should continue to work with him to obtain a valid key.

If you read what I wrote he told me he was waiting for Honorbuddy to fix the issue. I don't know if you can understand what he means but he is in no way working with me.

Seeing as he is selling his product through your site which is the cause of the issue in the first place is there not a requirement that sellers are supposed to uphold to sell on your site. I don't know......such as a product being available to the one's that purchases it. Or is it now that once it has been purchased customer support is irreverent.

You might try contacting the Bossland front office at [email protected], and see if there's something they can do for you.

And once again...
TuanHa was given all the keys needed to migrate his existing user base. The forum staff does not have the capability of generating these keys. Only TuanHa knows who his pre-existing user base is. You seriously need to work this out with him.

This sounds like he is working the issue from his end, and will provide you with a new key when it becomes available. If this is a correct understanding of the situation, you just need to be patient.

I'm to lazy for quotes and bold so I'll just assume you'll re read what I said and realize I did e-mail support with no answer which is why I'm on the forums getting the run around going no where.

So what your saying is the products being sold through Honorbuddy is not regulated by you or the staff. Real nice

I'll just add this to the list of products from Honorbuddy that is sub par. Thank you for reminding me why these forums are useless
 
You are not reading ANYTHING we're saying.
You appear to be too lazy or impatient to wait for the issue to resolve.
Instead, you choose to spread puerile insults and lies in a completely inappropriate venue for resolving the issue.
