Combat Not Working

Movement seems to be fine with my bot, but there is not combat; does anyone know how to fix this?

How do we know when there is an update we have to download it again or it will update automatically?

As long as there is an update in the chosen release-channel (release or BETA) it will be automatically updated as everytime.

How long do they take to patch just baught the bot recently and cannot play as yet?
Do we get back down time?
