Combat-Lag and Plugins won't load

Hey.....
as soon as my barbarians engages into combat the laggs beginn.....
how do I fix it?
toon gets stuck every 3ed run or so ....
how do I fix it?
Plugins won't show up in the plugin menu... I saved them into the plugin folder....
how do I fix it?
