Combat/Heal bot without auto moving?

I was wondering if there is any way to use Combat/Heal Bot to heal on my Paladin, but let me control the movement?

hmm, tried using that .. it still moves my character, though.

That's the one thing i really miss about Glider... The kill target button... worked great instances and pvp. Just set up a hotkey and hit it to attack the target and you had full control of movement and all the casting was done by glider till the battle was over. it was an awesome feature...
