Combat/heal assit or RAF?

im trying to use these two futures but dont understand how they work i tryed just running it normal but combat assit wont fight or heal (on my priest) and RAF wont follow to help the party leader. you guys throw these new futures on us and expect us to know what to do some one please explain or giv me something that will ?

Dont get offensive at the devs just because you dont know what to do.
First get a CC that supports it, and set the Bot you want as the leader to the party leader in WoW, then start the RaF after starting the lead bot.
