I haven't used LazyRaider yet but I use the Combat Bot all the time. Can someone explain the actual difference between them? From reading it sounds like they do pretty much the same thing if your a DPS class with the exception of the pause button.

The key difference I see between Lazyraider and Combatbot is that when I use Combatbot the CC takes over once I engage the target and when that happens I am unable to move the bot around, say to avoid flames on the ground as the Combatbat sticks to the target. With Lazyraider the bot doesn't stick or follow the target. So if the target moves away lazyraider is not going to follow it. You have to manually run to the target. Lazyraider is better if you have to fight boss mechanics where you have to move out of the fire or avoid cleaves and such. Just my experience.

That depends completely on the CC. Some turn off movement automatically some don't. For example Singular, you can go into the settings and disable movement and it wont move you while using Combat bot.

Agreed. With Singular I turn off the combat and non-combat movemement and that allows me to deal with game mechanics. So I guess we are back to the original question. Any dev's care to comment?

lazyraider you can set the tanks and a couple other options combat bot you cannot.

With LazyRaider you have configuration options, with CombatBot you do not. LR allows you to use/not use plugins, allows you to enable/disable framelock, allows you to set your TPS, allows you to select a tank, allows you to follow a tank (and specify a range to follow the tank), allows you to set whether or not you have a tank, and also allows you to set a pause key such as LSHIFT, RSHIT, LCTRL, RCTRL, LALT, and RALT. There are other options that I may be forgetting, so I suggest getting the latest version to check it out. CB has no options. It's just a bot base you have to enable and disable by stopping and starting the bot. That is, however, if they haven't updated CB to a newer version than what I last used.

My personal preference is LR. I like options.
