Combat Assist for manual play

Is there a way I can set DB up to run the combat assist only when playing with others or solo, meaning I want to control what I do in town and where I go in dungeons, but DB will fight for me when packs of mobs are up and collect loot when it appears?

Thanks, for some reason the one that's included in the DB download doesn't work, it just loads the previous profile that I was using.

I think it's not included in the initial db releases so that Tony could have his work posting that poor combat.xml every now and then
I bet he loves it!
