Another little issue with warlock

On mobs which where NO bosses it casts Bane of Doom, but these mobs never live long enough, so Bane of Agony would be a dps increase in this case.
Especially in Fights where u have a Boss and adds to kill, it is an absolutely DPS loss if u dot them with bane of doom (BoD is removed from boss and starts from its beginning, so u loose this dps from boss and u loose dps from mob)

So let me summarize whats wrong:
- Bane of Doom only on Bosses ! (this should fit for all Warlock speccs)
- Bane of Agony on Mobs which where no bosses (this should fit for all Warlock speccs)
- Bane of Agony on Boss if health below 15% and Doom is expired (this should fit for all Warlock speccs)
- Use Soulburn
- Use Soulfire if Soulburn is UP and no Decimation

Edit: but still good Work -> atm doin between 30 und 50k dps (Boss dependent)

It uses soulburn and soulfire if it is up. I do agree with the bane of doom on boss and agony on trash.
 
This works pretty nicely on my PvP spec'd sub rogue. I'm sure it works even better for PvE spec'd rogues. I was wondering though, if maybe it would be possible to put in an option for stealth? I like how you have everything on the first tab set up for manual or automatic usage. Maybe set an option like that for stealth to be automatic, always on, or manual? So far, I have no complaints (with the small exception of it not supporting assassination (YET lol)). Good work, really good.

Tested 4 bosses in LFR with DemoSpecc, doesn't use!
Dunno if this was changed for Destro, but Demo doesn't use atm

Took a look into destro, u right, destro has this already :) in demo it is missing

i added the changed files (changed by me) and a patch file

EDIT: Just did a quick test with Demo and it didn't seem to do as much dps on the dummy and drained itself of mana...

EDIT 2: Just did a Random and it seems fine...must be a training dummy thing <shrug>

headed home here in about 15 minutes i will try to get an LFR test in with the lock and priest tonight. At least an ultraxion done so we can see what improved.

Yeah, sadly there are certain things that work and don't work on the dummy. The best test is to actually fight a mob, and not the dummies. I learned that with my lock too. It's something with how the dummies were written into the game. They cause CCs to bug out a lot.
 
Ok now I know why I didn't have soulburn with soulfire in there as it conflicts with the pet swap...fixing..



EDIT Ok fixed needs testing..its not elegant but it works.

Stormchasing - Im wondering if this is why you saw such low numbers from demo - because the felhunter was not out?

CLU's demo rotation rely on having your felgaurd out at the start of the fight then after Fel storm we use soulburn to summon our fellhunter and continue on with the rest of the rotation.

Would be awesome having some "toggles" binded to keys so you can make the bot use certain spells if a certain button is pressed.

Oh this is funny, I came here to post the very same thing.

After much resisting it, I decided to try PQR. Well, I tried every profile and none of them came close to CLU. No less than 1k difference on the strongest profile. So, again, kudos to you Wulf :).
That said, I DID like the keybind thing it has. For example, DnD. The one complaint I have about CLU is that sometimes it takes too long to DnD. Sometimes it does it halfway through the pull, when mobs are about to die, or sometimes it doesn't even do it.

So... is there something we can do manually to get it to detect adds quicker? Would it be possible to had like a keybind of sorts to DnD on mouseover? This could actually be beneficial in say Madness, to get DnD where bloods are gonna be tanked (just one example off the top of my head).

Benny update from svn worked out the double casting of soul fire!

94 % uptime and i am seeing at least another 1k dps.

BTW I analysed your log from .8 on the dummy...very helpful it showed that double casting soulfire was holding back the conflags!

11million damage and no double soul fire /me dances

Ok wulf, here is the new version with CLU and then using altar boy. First thing i noticed that CLU did not do was on the first shadowfiend it did not mindspike at all it continued with the normal rotation but after that it did the rotation.

Here is the new version on CLU and on felmaster. Pics and logs. All the fights priest and lock were on two runs priest and lock ran at same time on different PCs both fights are ultraxion with same buffs on both toons and lust on both fights at beginning.

edit 1 int he felmaster numbers picture the lock is the second one with ~27k

Did someone hit lust/hero of the pull cos that will stop CLU from using mindspike
 
lust was used at beginning of both fights.

yea thats why CLU had half as many mindspikes...bugger...I will take out the lust/hero down check..does not look affective heh.

[Priest] removed check from mindspike that checked if lust/hero was not active (Update from SVN)

On another note i notice we have the same amount of Shadow Word: Death now :D

I don't have a good way of testing it now since my Boomkin gear is absolutely outrageous. If you've got good gear, try it out on the dummy and just let me know how it goes. Post some screenshots of your recount damage done / ability if possible.
 
Doing some testing on fire mage as we speak....need to make an enhancement shaman rotation too.
