Scary, that's almost exactly the same rig as I have. Same motherboard, same CPU speed, only your GPU is better.> Mainboard : Asus P8P67 DELUXE
> Chipset : Intel P67
> Processor : Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3400MHz
> Physical Memory : 16384MB (4 x 4096 DDR3-SDRAM )
> Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 590
> Hard Disk : C300-CTFDDAC128MAG (128GB)
Outside of raid with FXAA on I get 110+FPS (Outside) and 180+fps (indoors) (I dont run vsync)...Inside raid the minumum I get is 45fps on occasion. Everything Maxed (ULTRA)
I will say that before I ran FXAA I had multisampling set to x8 ingame with ultra and it was very whorey...FXAA with multisampling x1 ingame is godesend.
You failed to mention which resolution you're playing? That's what makes all the difference. I'm fullscreen windowed on 1920x1200, (dual screen 24").
FXAA is a nVidia setting? I can try to tweak my Radeon drivers for something similar, and I also don't use multisampling x8 because that will reduce the FPS from 100 to 0... so to speak. I'm on x1 or x2.
