CLR 20r3 Error.

EDIT: SOLVED IT;
I figured it out. I installed x64 of the c++ and not 86 as specified. Silly me!

Got this error on my laptop. Working fine on my desktop.
I have reinstalled both the 2012 thingy and the .NET 4.0

Reinstall ExileBuddy, use the beta release, to a different folder and try that.

I got a very similar error when I installed x86 .net 4.0 but didn't have all 20 updates (Win 7 Pro).
I recognize this part:
