i have a trial key, but the bot does not support the client.

I've tested with the steam client, and the client downloaded on the official website.

How do make it works?

GGG has made an unannounced patch, and the bot needs to be updated. It will be shortly, after the patch is checked out.

Do Buddy Community add the time while we cant use our bots? Because we are paying for a month not for less. Should add the time lost when bot is not working.

Only for extended downtime, which typically happens around the large updates (SoTV, Forsaken Masters). For anything else as to what you're paying for and what you get, please talk to Support, as I'm not involved with that side of Buddy.
