Cleric Class (Standard) Problem?

My Cleric I am currently doing is not summoning it's Faerie any more. Is this on purpose? Or a problem with the class? It seemed like it stopped summoning it at like level 25-30ish....

I am going to open up the class and see if there is something I can do to fix it, but perhaps there is something I don't know about it, like after a certain level it becomes useless?

I asked Hawker to have it stop summoning at 32 (it stops gaining levels at 27)
