Clean Reinstall without losing settings

So I was experimenting around with different plugins/CCs and other stuff and now I am experiencing more and more issues which were not happening before. I posted one problem (with logs ofc ) and it happened to be a problem with some weird plugin interaction.

So what I wanna do before posting any more issues is make a clean install but setting up the whole thing actually took quite some time and I dont want to lose my HB settings. Before I go on I wanted to ask if you guys could tell me where all the important settings are, that I changed so I dont accidentally miss some.

when we ask you to do a clean install, most of the time its BECAUSE of issues with the settings. if your just re-installing for no reason other then "its cool", then just keep the settings folder.
