Clean Copy - Same Problem, All Profiles

No matter which profile I run on my clean copy of HonorBuddy, eventually I get the following message:

Could not create current in quest bot; exception was thrown
The type initializer for 'Styx.Logic.Profiles.ProtectedItemsManager' threw an exception.

Any idea what's going on?

Problem is solved by finishing quest(s), turning in and letting it pick up the new ones. Although it eventually happens again.
