You know why I don't want anything to torment this game? Because its exactly that...A game. It's something I enjoy doing. I don't want frivolous lawsuits being thrown around and disrupting it.

It could go two ways, though. Either they lawyer up and crush you, or they settle with you out of court and it's pushed under the rug. The third option is you actually fighting them, which I really doubt any one would do if they chose to settle (unless your pockets are deep enough). Not every big company chooses to fight, because at the end of the day it's cheaper for them to give you what you want and pretend nothing happened.

You are just pissed because blizz caught your punk ass, and you are fucking stupid for pre paying that much game time.... a lot of people been using RaF time or even pay with cash and it is half the price of what blizz charges.... But I guess I am to stupid to know how to save a few $$$.

And since blizzard has already won a case against Glider they can and will use that as their defense against you as they will point out that you were permantly removed from their servers per their company guidelines and the rules you agree'd upon when you signed up to play.

there is alot more shit but you are skipping one major step and the court will ask about that and than just dismiss the case since you did not take the proper steps which you agreed upon to do so when you signed upon and any other time you accepted the ToU and EULA.... You are setting yourself up for failure and it will be sad to see you losing this case and it coming back to fuck HB in their case.
