Yes, everyone on here must have been using demonbuddy to get banned in the first place...but how can blizzard actually identify that it was each individual player doing the dirty?
Yes they can log or login's to IP address, perhaps even the currently logged in user on your PC...but none of that can actually identify that it was you, in the flesh, and beyond reasonable doubt.
Best case = Blizzard has something (warden) on your PC, but it is monitoring all of your actions and making a profile about you, is a huge invasion of privacy and they get slapped with a massive fine.
middle case = Blizzard has to issue refunds or reactivate every banned account.
Worst case = nothing changes but a bunch of bad publicity is generated against blizzard.
Thoughts?
