Clarity Regarding SEA Server + China Server

Currently having issues if login to HB using either of these auth servers:
>Constant Disconnections
>Buddy store products do not download


I have to auth via the North American / Europe region to use my bot properly, which is not ideal for someone who lives in SEA.
