Choose a realm for lvling

Heya guys,

So I was wondering, since I am moving some chars over to my main accounts, is it wise to lvl the chars on the server I want or to a low pop realm? I will pay the same amount of money to move it anyway so I was wondering maybe a low pop realm is a better choice.
