Check is your Buddy Auth keys valid and check your sessions.

Hi,

I have a problem where ArcheBuddy is giving me an error when I try to launch the game on my main computer. I have two of the "3 Unlimited Sessions" keys. I've tried both sets of my keys and neither work on my main computer. However, I can launch ArcheBuddy on another computer or in VMware just fine. Only my main computer has the issue. I've removed ArcheBuddy completely and tried reinstalling from scratch. I've also reinstalled ArcheAge. I'm attaching logs. Please advise.

Are you sure, that you enter valid keys on your main PC? Check also sessions count in buddy auth (Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal)

Yes, I'm sure I entered the correct keys. I've done it over and over again with the same result. I've copied and pasted them and entered them in on my own manually. The keys are not wrong and my sessions are not used at the time I've tried.

Are you able to see the keys I've attempted to use on your login servers? I'd guess there's a log of something on your servers to verify what I'm saying. If not, I'd be happy to provide you with TeamViewer access so you can see it on your own.
