The used section on Amazon has cheaper games, but you need to contact the vendor to make sure you will also receive the account details and password. Same goes for E-bay.

I made the mistake of buying Battlefield 3 from Amazon this way, then on receiving the game I found I could not use it. It had been used and no account details supplied. Luckily with Amazon it's no fuss at all to get your money back.
