well, my frenzy barb cost me about 30mil to make.
It dies maybe twice per hour..
Ive been running it for 2 days and have made 13mil back, and i have a stash full of crap to keep selling (everything is worth at least another 15mil all together)
I'd build a frenzy barb.
EDIT- I just saw in its stash it found a Vile Ward this morning
177 int
80 vit
74 res all
cheapest one with similar stats is selling for 24mil.
I am happy.

I have similar, my character dies 1-2 times an hour but my gear was cheap as fuck.
300% MF (partially due to paragon 50, so I changed some MF pieces out)
62k HP
40k DPS
900 all resist buffed
500 life on hit
20% block chance
armors like 9500 buffed
gear was about 15-20 mill.
