Chat screen prob

Please help me i cant find the chat screen, and even when i re open the browser it does not show

care to explain a bit more about the issue?

When i open the browser and click on comunity, there used to be a chat screen where all the ppl used to chat (doh) . now its not there anymore. i tried refreshing the forum's page but it just wont show, i even tried going to chat settings but it was all in vein.

there never used to be a chat here. what site are you talking about.
