Anyone know of a plugin that can interact with chat?

I'd like to be able to randomly post questions to general to make the bot more human.

Imagine 20 people posting the same questions on the same chat. Or 20 people posting questions and not responding to answers. Or 20 people posting questions, then saying thanks even without anyone answering. No matter what, a bot is a bot. Nothing can make it "more human" except you commandeering the bot and moving the character manually.

sounds like general chat to me....

Even posting links every once in a while in chat would make it seem more "human"
Should be relatively easy to write something that posts when it finds a legendary/set item...
