Character transfer account to account.

Easy and simple;

Main acc: "Jack Jameson"
Bot acc: "John Jameson",

I bot chars on John, can I transfer them to Jack later on without any further problems?

Read some places that you need same surname, some said you only need same last name, some said you needed to be on same b-net acc, some even said you can transfer as much as you want if the acc has same last name, BUT you might risk perm-bans if the char has been traded from accounts with different owners.

What's the correct thing here? Is my case possible? (Without getting the main acc closed after transfering over my toons ofc)

Bot what? Bot 72 hrs in a row maybe flags that char for ban and you transfer and get banned, if you just bot questing 1-90 then you shouldn't have to worry about anything.
I'd suggest botting on John from other comp, use \/PN or VirtualBox, so you can tell blizzard (if you get banned) that your brother/friend leveled it for you and you had no idea it was botted

They are watching just last name. I made 1 transfer like that without any problems. And i was boting on both accounts 2 days before transfer, so there is no reason to be worried about ban.

Dpeends ofc if you have reports, flagged for ban, and they need alst name to transfer? I think,.

Well i didn't have any bans on that 2 accounts so far. And are some of them flaged i really don't know but my point is that i transfered char on other account just with same last name. First names were different.
