Character Stops ?!?

My Character stops for no reason and dies over and over again.

I've tried to upload a log but everyone I try says its too large

Hope this one works, its the smallest of all the logs from the past two days.

at what point it got stuck on this log file,it looks ok

I watched it earlier get stuck after almost each elite it encountered. I will pay more attention and get the info you need

OK.. So every time it stops this pops up in Log: [ Moving to Actor: TrinityItem: AcdId=-133169030, None, [0,0], p1_tiered_rifts_Orb-351969 <336.8126, 1011.655, 0.5>]
As soon as it happened I copied the logged and clipped out a majority of the log except for when the event took place and is attached.
Also is screenshot of the log on the GUI

Side note another weird thing I notice happened is after killing an elite from a pylon it sat there and spammed Bone Spikes.

Yes sir I am, I reinstalled a fresh copy of DB and changed nothing and using the stock profiles that are included

I have noticed whenever I see that the bot has stopped, its after it kills a mob at a pylon.

Same stuff. Stops majority of the times after killing mob from pylons, and sometimes from random elites. Also it bugs out and spams bones spikes for a good 10-15 seconds sometimes. Again I've changed no settings this is the stock and fresh install of the DB Program

Same thing happening to me also for quite a while and cant do anything about it. Tried the all the basics.
