Character running in circles not acting as it should

Character is running in circles and definitely not doing what it is supposed to do.

Lot's of red text in log, please explain, I havent used DB for over 2 years and so I am back to square 1.

EDIT: SOLVED: IT Turned out I just needed to update Trinity Manually!
