Character Not Attacking Npc's in Combat

For example in Mount Hyjal there are guards that fight the same mobs that I am trying to kill in this profile, but if I don't leave combat after killing a mob it will just stand and watch the guards kill mobs until I am out of combat. Is there anything I can edit in my Warrior CC to make it attack NPC's that are in combat?

thats a wow bug that keeps you in combat for some time after a kill
nothing you can do
