just use a v.p.n, $10/month, unlimited IP changes.

Whats your internetcompany?
Cause Static Ip is normaly only for Companys or Buisness users and you have to pay extra money for it.
And those guys who told u to use V.P.N. thats bullshit cause it masked only the IP at the PRIVAT "name says everiting" Network.
At your Privat network u can have an Static IP thats no Problem.
But the adress to your Inet Company shoult be changed and thats not possible with an V.P.N. Tool.
Problem is if u use an V.P.N. the adress between Company and your modem is still the same.
If blizz track the ip back the get the v.p.n. ip then the ip between internetcompany and modem and your privat ip.
So why use a V.P.N and paying money for it?

even if he close his modem 240 hours as long as his ip is static it won't change
your ISP must be really suck because you have to wait for hours to get new ip
at my country with Turk Telekom you can have new IP in 20 seconds with IP renew command - if your modem supports it
