Change vendor rules for kick's questing, from buddy store

Is it possible to change the vendor rules for the kicks leveling profiles when streamed from the buddy store? I don't want it to sell the greens/blues.

Theory reply:
No, as the profile is streamed there isn't anything to edit.

Hypothetical, non-tested, idea:
Perhaps, as "Kick's Profiles" tend to save in the the honorbuddy directory : Honorbuddy\Default Profiles\Questing Profile Pack\
That said, even though it streams from the store, you may be able to directly edit the files to enforce your change; push to shove, you just edit the hard copy and load accordingly.

Well, if you have the time, download all the profiles from his SVN and change each one there. And I mean EACH AND EVERYONE since the first layers are just autoloaders.
