Change maximum power up to in game value

ive noticed pokefarmer allows you to power up your pokemon past what the (phone app) in game power up will allow. causing accounts to be banned/flagged

needs to be adjusted to true values

In actuality the app allows for up to 2 levels past what the trainer is. Once Niantic fixes this, it will no longer possible for the bot to do so as well.

you make a valid point. however the bot allows for power up, past what the app will allow. i had an account that was a level 32 that i powered up a gyarados until i got "trainer level to low to power up" message in to official pogo app. then when i used that same account with the bot it allowed me to power up that gyarados once more before receiving an error. shortly after that the account was banned.
