Change botbase based on zone/instance?

Wondering how hard it would be to make a plugin to change the botbase from say questing to dungeonbuddy. The idea you have the plugin queue while using questbot and then accept queue and switch to dungeonbuddy once inside. I love dungeonbuddy but it always makes me hearth before it starts, so questing is impossible. I feel like it should be ok, but want to throw the idea out there.
